  • Job Security: Teachers should be provided with job security to ensure a sense of stability.
  • Minimization of Distractions: All benefits should be provided to prevent teachers from being mentally distracted or overloaded with multiple jobs.
  • Professional Development: Opportunities to acquire and enhance knowledge and skills should be provided through conferences, events, and courses.
